The Kenton boys tennis team won its fourth match of the season and its third against a Western Buckeye League foe with a 3-2 victory over Wapakoneta Tuesday at KHS. Wildcat sophomore Wyatt Campbell defeated Gannon Casebolt 6-2, 7-5 at third singles. Kenton senior Adam Coffman and sophomore Micah Bowman beat Brayden Hooker and Hilda Kupila 6-4, 6-1 at first doubles. Wildcat junior Austin Chen and sophomore Seth Spencer won a 7-5, 5-7, 6-3 thriller over Zhavokhir Muratbayev and Riley Szelagoweski at second doubles. Kenton junior Braylon Smith fell 6-2, 6-3 to Parker Moell at second singles. Wildcat sophomore Cale Harshfield lost 6-2, 6-0 to Aiden Bellman at first singles.
