He was born in Bellefontaine, Ohio on March 9, 1962 to the late Paul and Eleanor (Strahm) Frazier. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Universal Home Health & Hospice Care, 921 Rush Ave, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
