Burial with military rites will follow at Grove Cemetery in Kenton. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the funeral home. Richard went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Hardin Hills Health Center in Kenton. Memorial donations in Richard’s honor may be made to the Amvets Post 1994 Riders.
