Penny S. Rowe, age 69, of Kenton, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.

A funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger with Pastor Bill Prater officiating. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Monday, March 10th at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger.

Memorial contributions may be made to the benevolence of the family c/o Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, P.O. Box 38, Ada, Ohio 45810.
