Victory, cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 20, 2024. A memorial service to celebrate Peggy’s life will be held at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mount Victory, Wednesday, July 24th at 1:00pm. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11-1.
