Victory, will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Friday, February 2, 2024, at the Zanesfield Cemetery in Zanesfield, Ohio. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Mt. Victory is assisting the family with arrangements. Lowell passed away on Monday, January 29, 2024, at his residence in Mt. Victory. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Lowell’s honor may be made to Doctors Without Borders, the Shriners Hospital, or the Ridgemont Public Library.
