Jodi Lynn Chamberlain Posted on March 3, 2023 0 Jodi Lynn Chamberlain, 53, of Ada, Ohio, passed away at 6:25pm on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 in her home surrounded by loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the American Heart Association. Visitation will be held from 4pm-6pm on Monday, March 6, 2023 at SCHINDEWOLF-STOUT-CRATES FUNERAL HOME.
