Frank Alan Blackburn Posted on October 25, 2023 0 Frank Alan Blackburn, of Southport (St. James), NC passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Tuesday, October 17, after a brief battle with advanced melanoma in the brain and lungs. A celebration of life service is planned for Monday, November 6th at 3:00pm on the beach behind the St. James Beach Club, 100 SE 72nd St, Oak Island, NC. A reception will follow.
