Jenkins are will be at noon Monday at the Richwood First United Methodist Church by Pastor Joseph Rhea. Burial will be in the Claibourne Cemetery. Friends may call 2-4 p.m. Sunday. He died early Friday morning, April 17, 2015 at Heartland of Marysville. The Stofcheck-Ballinger Funeral Home in Richwood is handling the arrangements.
