Victory with Pastor Debra Berry officiating. Burial will follow at Wolf Creek Cemetery in Kenton. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, March 18, 2024, at the funeral home. Dean passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at the Avita Ontario Hospital in Ontario, Ohio.
