Carlos E. Ratliff Posted on March 5, 2024 0 Upper Sandusky – There will be no services for Carlos E. Ratliff, 81. He died on March 1, 2024 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was born Nov. 18, 1942 in Hardin County to the late Leslie and Betty (Lambert) Ratliff. Surviving are a daughter, Carla (Rande) Ricketts of Florida and sisters Shirley Musgrave of Forest and Bonnie (Jerry) Huston of Wharton.
