Kenton High class of 1975 gathers for its 45 + 1 reunion

The Kenton Sr. High class of 1975 held their 45 +1 reunion at the Kenton Elks Lodge on Saturday, Sept. 11. Classmates were greeted with name tags of their graduation photos made by Angela Corbin. 

A happy hour was held, followed by appetizers and drinks, a class photo and music played by classmate Steve Kalb. A donation was collected the night of the event to cover event costs. 

 A memorial service was held for deceased classmates including: Todd Augsberger, Cheryl Bidwell, Melody Brown, Jim Clark, Jim Cornwell, Angela Cowan, Larry Curtis, Doug Dodds, Don Dow, Rod Fruchey, Tony Goble, Collene Gould, Jim Grauel, Greg Harp, Chris Harvey, Kim Hines, Kevin Kearns, Steve Keen, Jo Krummery, Allen Lease, Mike Manns, Cherryl Mullady, Jim Murphy, Marsha Nichols, Sandy Poe, Tim Renfrew, Mark Ross, Gerald Scott Jr, Kerry Scott, Joe Sheldon, Ann Skaggs, Bud Smith, Steve Smith, Jeff Spencer, Charlie Spradlin, Leanna Turner, Joey Wilson, Jim Yoakum, Cathy Thomas. Classmates in attendance shared stories they remembered of the deceased class members and it was very touching to remember each one individually.

It was a very enjoyable evening to reconnect with old friends.
