County fair underway

The crowning of the Junior Fair King and Queen will highlight tonight’s activities at the Hardin County Fair.

The program begins at 7 p.m. in the grandstand.

It will be followed by the High School Band Show.

 

Tuesday, Sept. 4

Veterans Day

2 p.m. – Homemakers Dish Day – Community Building

2:30 p.m. – Dino Roar Show – Children’s area

3:30 p.m. – Jr. Fair Beef Skill-a-thon Contest – Beef

Barn; Homemaker demonstration – Comm. Building

4 p.m. – Youth judging – Arts and Crafts Building; Glass blower presentation – north end of  fairgrounds

4:15 p.m. – Children’s Activities – Comm.Building

5:30 p.m. – Dino Roar Show – Children’s area

6 p.m.  – Jr. Fair Beef Educational Clinic – Show Arena; Children’s Dish Day Contest – Comm. Building

7 p.m. – Crowning of King and Queen followed by High School Band Show – Grandstand; Wine Judging – Arts and Crafts Bldg.; Dino Roar Show – Children’s area
