Best float Posted on October 27, 2022 0 An interpretation of Alice in Wonderland was judged the best float in the Dunkirk Halloween Parade on Wednesday night. Featured are Kris and Duane Hastings, Bret Hastings, and Eric and Stephanie Trachsel plus family. There was a large crowd for the annual parade, conducted by the Northern Hardin County Fire District.
