Cooper Dennis Ulrich Posted on October 28, 2016 0 Kristin and Brian Ulrich of Kenton are parents of a 6-pound, 3-ounce, 18 1/2-inch boy, Cooper Dennis, born at 12:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine. Grandparents are Kathy and Ashley Heil of Kenton and Dennis and Joyce Ulrich of Lebanon, Pa. Great-grandparents are Guy Heil, Patty Basinger and Dorothy Cooper. The infant is joined at home by a brother, Conrad.
