ORDINANCE NO. 1-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES, WAGES AND THE RATES OF PAY FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2025 AND DESIGNATING THE POSITIONS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of December, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to set the salaries, wages, and rates of pay for City employees for 2025.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 1-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

ORDINANCE NO. 254-13
 Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A BALLOT ISSUE TO THE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY TO INCREASE THE CITY INCOME TAX RATE FROM ONE PERCENT (1%) TO ONE AND ONE-HALF PERCENT (1.5%), EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS FOLLOWING CERTIFICATION OF THE MAY 6, 2025 ELECTION, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of December, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to authorize a ballot issue for the electors of the City of Upper Sandusky for the May 6, 2025 primary ballot for an increase in the City’s income tax from one percent (1%) to one and one-half percent (1.5%).
