The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Phillis A. Ross and Unknown Spouse of Phillis A. Ross, but whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on July 29, 2024, Plaintiff, Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., filed a complaint in the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 24CV0081, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 105 Old Lincoln Highway, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351, being permanent parcel number 06-244001.0000 (”Real Estate”), and allege that the Defendants, have or may have and interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Phillis A. Ross and Unknown Spouse of Phillis A. Ross, are required to answer the Plaintiff’s Complaint within twenty eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of the Estate of Phillis A. Ross and Unknown Spouse of Phillis A. Ross, fail to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiff’s Complaint.
