The Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on May 10, 2024, the Plaintiff, CitiMortgage, Inc., filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. CVH 20231076, in the Court of Common Pleas of Hardin County, Ohio, seeking declaratory judgment of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 415 N Gilmore St, Kenton, OH 43326, Permanent Parcel No. 36-620042.0000; 36-620043.0000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., is required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twentyeight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiffs Complaint.

LEASE OF APPROXIMATELY 33 ACRES OF FARMLAND
IN SECTION 22, L.F. STUMS'S ADDITION, ADA, OHIO
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed bids for the lease of 33 .66 tillable acres, more of less, of farm ground located in the Village of Ada along Willow Parkway within the Ada grass Run Industrial Park, owned by the Village of Ada, Hardin County, Ohio and being parcel numbers 25-1700920000, 25-1700930000, 25-1700940000, 25-1700950000, 25-1700960000, 25-l 701130000, 25-1701140000,25-1701430000 and 25-1701440000 will be received by the Village of Ada at the Municipal
Building, 115 West Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio until Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1 2:00 noon at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The lease will be for a three-year term commencing on March 1, 2025, and
terminating on February 28, 2028. A bid price for an optional two-year contract extension will be part of the bid process. Bids are to be based on a per acre rate at an acreage of 33 acres with an annual payment payable on the first day of December 2025 and each year thereafter. A copy of the lease with full terms and a map of the lease area may be obtained from the Village Utility office and questions may be directed to the Village Administrator at 419-634-4045 or email at

Bids will be publicly opened and read Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 12:00 noon in the Village Council room located at 115 West Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in any bid and to accept any bid deemed by the owner to be most favorable to the owner.

IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS, HARDIN COUNTY, OHIO.
IN THE MATTER OF THE UPPER SCIOTO DRAINAGE AND
CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
CASE NO. 14598
To All Persons and Public Corporations Interested:
Public Notice is Hereby Given:
That heretofore on the 17th day of February 1917, the Court of Common Pleas of Hardin County, Ohio, duly entered a decree erecting and creating the Upper Scioto Drainage and Conservancy District and appointing a Board of Directors therefor.
That thereafter this Court duly appointed David J. Schwemer, Phyllip Jennings and Renee Dunahue, as the Board of Appraisers for said District. That said Board of Appraisers on the 7th day of November, 2024, filed its Appraisals of Benefits and Damages and of land to be taken as follows: Being all lands, including Villages and Cities, in Roundhead Township, Marion Township, McDonald Township, Lynn Township, Cessna Township, Buck Township, Pleasant Township, Dudley Township, Taylor Creek Township, and Hale Township and otherwise in Hardin County, Ohio, which lie within the Scioto River Watershed, its tributaries or within the Main or Cottonwood District of the lands benefited by the works of the Upper Scioto Drainage and Conservancy Board.
The said appraisal of benefits and damages and of land to be taken is now on file in the office of the clerk of this court. An assessment may be levied upon your property based on such appraisal.
(3) All public corporations and all persons, owners of, or interested in, the property described in said Report, whether as benefited property or as property taken and damaged, desiring to contest the appraisals as made and returned by the Board of Appraisers, must file their written objections in said court on or before the 9th day of December, 2024 and a hearing on said appraisal will be held on the 23rd day of December, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the Common Pleas Court, 3rd Floor, Hardin County, Ohio Courthouse in the City of Kenton, Ohio, at which time an opportunity will be afforded all objectors to be heard upon their objections. No objections may be filed after December 9, 2024.
