ORDINANCE NO. 247-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL, INC. TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN PHASE OF THE STATE ROUTE 199 NORTH WATERLINE EXTENSION PROJECT.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 21st day of October, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to enter into an agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., 308 East 8th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 for an amount not to exceed two hundred fifty-two thousand dollars ($252,000.00) for the design phase of the State Route 199 North Waterline Extension Project.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 247-13 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 248-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TWO YEAR LEASE/PURCHASE OF A 2025 FORD POLICE INTERCEPTOR SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE WITH EQUIPMENT THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASING PROGRAM.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 21st day of October, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the lease/purchase of one (1) 2025 Ford Police Interceptor Sport Utility Vehicle with equipment from Reineke Ford Lincoln, Inc., 12000 County Road 99, Findlay, Ohio 45840 at a price of $60,436.92 for the cruiser and equipment, plus $545.00 for underwriting fees.  The total amount to be financed through Ford Credit for the lease/purchase of the cruiser plus equipment and fees is $60,981.92 at 7.69% interest to be paid in two (2) annual payments of $31,619.93.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 248-13 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
