Pursuant to the provisions of The Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants, David E. Baldwin, a.k.a. David Elmo Baldwin, Doris A. Baldwin, Kenneth E. Richardson, Norma A. Richardson, Donald R. Morris and Cleo E. Morris, and/or their unknown heirs, successors and/or assigns, whose whereabouts cannot be found, or whose post office address cannot be ascertained, will take notice that a complaint for adverse possession/quiet title has been filed in this Court by Patricia C. Foreman on the following described parcel of real estate:
Being a parcel of land situated in part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, T-4, R-13-E, Marseilles Township, Wyandot County, Ohio, and further described as follows:
Commencing at a found stone in a monument box marking the South Quarter Post of said Section;
Thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 48 minutes East along the centerline of Township Highway 71 a distance of 125.00 feet to a set MAG nail and being the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 51 seconds East a distance of 549.18 feet to a set iron rod, passing a set iron rod a distance of 30.00 feet;
Thence North 88 degrees 44 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 569.81 feet to a set iron rod;
Thence North 03 degrees 49 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 310.49 feet to a set iron rod:
Thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes 01 seconds East a distance of 570.59 feet to a set iron rod;
Thence South 00 degrees 17 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 872.18 feet to set MAG nail on the centerline of Township Highway 71 passing a set iron rod a distance of 842.18 feet;
Thence North 89 degrees 54 minutes 48 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 1157.38 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Containing in all 18.996 acres of land, more or less, of which 0.797 acre, more or less, is currently contained within the right-of-way of Township Highway 71. The above-described property being subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
Bearings are assumed and for angular measurement only.
All set iron rods are 5/8” diameter with plastic caps imprinted “VBK #7457”.
This legal description is based upon an actual field survey performed by Victor B. Koehler, P.S., #7457, in July, 1998.
SAVE AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
Being known as part of the Southeast Quarter Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 13 East, Marseilles Township, Wyandot County, Ohio and more fully described as follows:
Beginning for the same at the Southwest corner in the above said Quarter Section; thence North 85 degrees, 30 minutes East a distance of 967.10 feet; thence North 04 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 552.50 feet; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes West a distance of 197.71 feet to the true point of beginning; thence 00 degrees, 50 minutes West a distance of 208.71 feet; thence North 89 degrees, 10 minutes East a distance of 208.71 feet; thence South 00 degrees 50 minutes East a distance of 208.71 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 10 minutes West a distance of 208.71 feet to the point of beginning and containing in all 1.00 acre, more or less.
And containing after said exception, 17.996 acres, more or less.

You are hereby notified that you have been names as a defendant in said complaint.
You are further notified that you are required to serve upon the Plaintiff’s attorney, a copy of your answer to the complaint within 28 days after the last date of publication of the within notice, to-wit:July 27, 2024, exclusive of said date. Said answer must be filed with the Court within three (3) days after service on Plaintiff’s attorney.
If you fail to appear and defend, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
