LEGAL NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given to GE Money Bank, Defendant, whose current identity and address are unknown. The Complaint alleges that the Plaintiffs own all the real property in fee simple of the property located as described: Situated in the Township of Salem, County of Wyandot and State of Ohio: Being known as part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 2 South, Range 13 East, Salem Township, Wyandot County, Ohio, and more completely described as follows: Beginning for the same at a stone and monument box found marking the Northeast corner in the above said Quarter Section; Thence on an assumed bearing of South 00 Degrees 00 Minutes 00 Seconds East along the East Section line for 662.51 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set, the true point of beginning; Thence South 89 Degrees 57 Minutes 30 Seconds West along the Grantors North property line for 230.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set; Thence South 00 Degrees 00 Minutes 00 Seconds East for 291.52 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set; Thence North 89 Degrees 57 Minutes 30 Seconds East for 230.00 feet, passing over a 5/8 inch iron rod set at 210.00 feet, to a railroad spike set on the East section line; Thence North 00 Degrees 00 Minutes 00 Seconds West for 291.52 feet to the point of beginning, and containing in all 1.539 Acres, more or less, and subject to all highways and other legal easements of record. This description is based upon a survey performed by James A. Morris, P.S. No. 6560, and recorded in Wyandot County Survey Record Volume 6, Page 99. Premises known as 8642 Township Highway 103, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351 Parcel Number: 34-250501.0000. Defendant is the mortgagee of a certain mortgage recorded at Volume 175, Page 1021 of the records of the Wyandot County Recorder. The Complaint prays for Judgment declaring that the mortgage recorded at Volume 175, Page 1021 of the records of the Wyandot County Recorder in favor of Defendant has been satisfied and that said mortgage is released. Notice is further given to Defendant that it/he/she is to answer within twenty eight (28) days of the date of this publication by filing his answer with the Clerk of Courts of the Court of Common Pleas of Wyandot County, Ohio, and by serving a copy of the answer upon the Plaintiff’s attorney at the following address: Attorney Sean A. ORDINANCE NO. 231-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, OHIO TO ENTER INTO A COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT AREA AGREEMENT WITH UPPER SANDUSKY HEALTH FACILITIES 2, LLC AND VANCREST OF UPPER SANDUSKY, LLC, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 3rd day of June, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to enter into a Community Reinvestment Area (CRA) Agreement with Upper Sandusky Health Facilities 2, LLC and Vancrest of Upper Sandusky, LLC for a new skilled nursing and assisted living facility.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 231-13 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

ORDINANCE NO. 232-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO RECEIVE GRANT FUNDING FROM THE STATE OF OHIO, DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT FOR THE UPPER SANDUSKY INTERCEPTOR SEWER AND COMBINED SEWER OVERFLOW REDUCTION/ELIMINATION PROJECT, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 17th day of June, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to accept the $7,140,000.00 awarded grant funding from the Ohio Department of Development for the Upper Sandusky Interceptor Sewer and Combined Sewer Overflow Reduction/Elimination Project.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 232-13 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
