Nunez filed a complaint with the Common Pleas Court of Hardin County OH, Division of Domestic Relations against Fautine Hernandez, praying for a divorce on the grounds that defendant is guilty of extreme cruelty, gross neglect, the parties have not cohabitated together for an uninterrupted period of one (1) year, and incompatibility: that plaintiff be awarded attorney fees; that there be an equitable division of the property, assets & liabilities of the parties, and certain other items.

Bids for the Northwest Quadrant Sidewalk Project will be received by the Hardin County Board of Commissioners at the Hardin County Board of Commissioners Office, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, until Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of sidewalk in various areas within the northwest quadrant in the Village of Ada.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements provisions.
This project is funded through PY’23 CDBG Funds.

LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received on or before the 17th day of April, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Office of the Hardin County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, for the furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace a superstructure for Bridge HAR-CR 190-5.44 which is located in Buck and Taylor Creek Townships, Hardin County Ohio.
Contract documents, bid sheets and specifications can be obtained from Luke Underwood at the Hardin County Engineer’s Office, 1040 W. Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326 where they are available for prospective bidders at no charge. Said documents can also be viewed on the Hardin County Commissioners’ web page at www.hardincountyohio.gov/legal-notices/.
Bids are to be sealed, marked “BID-HAR-CR 190-5.44 Bridge Replacement” and addressed to the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Hardin County, Ohio and delivered to the County Commissioners Office at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326.
No contract shall be entered into unless the bidder possesses a valid Certificate of Compliance with Affirmative Action Programs, issued by the State EEO Coordinator, Certification Section, 77 South High Street, 24th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, Dated no later than 180 days prior to the fixed bid opening date.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. All Bidders shall be ODOT Pre-qualified for the required Work Type.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hardin County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Ohio Revised Code Section 9.31 allows certain conditions where a bid may be withdrawn. Notice of a claim of right to withdraw such bid must be made in writing filed with the contracting authority within two business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure.
The Board of Hardin County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the lowest and best bid pursuant to Section 9.31 of the Revised Code.

Sealed bids for the McDonald Township Road 210 Widening and Resurfacing Improvements Project will be received by Kelly A. Henry, Fiscal Officer of the McDonald Township Board of Trustees at 7139 C.R. 130, Kenton, Ohio 43326 until 5:00 p.m., on the 28th day of April, 2025, and will be opened later that evening at the McDonald Township Hall during their regular monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m.
Bid specifications and bid forms may be secured at the Hardin County Regional Planning Commission Office at the Hardin County Courthouse, One Courthouse Sq., Suite 130, Kenton, Ohio 43326 at no charge. Telephone: (419) 674-2215. PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO PICK UP THE BID DOCUMENTS.

All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.
No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. McDonald Township reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and/or to reject any or all bids. Selection of bids will be based on the lowest and/or best bid.
