PURSUANT TO THE OHIO REVISED CODE 519.12(D) THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HARDIN COUNTY, OHIO, GIVES NOTICE THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, MARCH 5TH, 2025 AT 8:00 AM AT THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP HALL, 303 WEST HUESTON STREET, FOREST, OHIO 45843. THE PURPOSE OF THIS HEARING IS TO CONSIDER AMENDING THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP ZONING PLAN TO ADD REGULATIONS REGARDING RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS INITIATED BY THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES BY RESOLUTION ON MARCH 1ST 2025. THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING MARCH 6TH 2025 FOR PUBLIC EXAMINATION, IN THE WINDOW OF THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP HALL. AFTER THE HEARING, THE AMENDMENT WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES FOR IT’S ACTION.
