INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Wyandot County, Ohio, will receive sealed bids in their office at the Courthouse until 10:00 A.M., (EST) April 3, 2025, for furnishing the following:
Wyandot County OPWC Round 39 Paving Program. A sealed envelope containing the bid must be addressed to the Board of Wyandot County Commissioners, Courthouse, Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and clearly marked on the outside " Wyandot County OPWC Round 39 Paving Program”.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Immediately after the bid closing deadline previously noted, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. No non-conforming bids will be considered. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any bids and to waive any informality in the bidding as may, in their judgment, serve the best interest of Wyandot County.
This project must comply with prevailing wage requirements of Sections 4115.03 to 4115.16 of the O.R.C., with Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements of Chapter 123 of the Administrative Code, and with MBE Provisions of Section 164.07 (A) of the Revised Code and Rule 164-1-32 of the Administrative Code.
Any other pertinent information may be obtained at the office of the Wyandot County Engineer, 320 N. Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, OH 43351. All bids shall be submitted on the furnished Bid Blanks available in the Wyandot County Engineer's Office and shall be signed by a responsible officer of the company.

A sealed bid for the ROTATING BEACON REPLACEMENT for WYANDOT COUNTY AIRPORT will be received at WYANDOT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, 109 S SANDUSKY AVE, UPPER SANDUSKY, OH 43351, until APRIL 10TH, 2025 AT 2:00PM local time. All bids must be properly labeled and received at the administrative offices of the WYANDOT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used.
The requirements of 49 CFR part 26 apply to this contract. It is the policy of the Wyandot County Airport to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this contract. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this solicitation regardless of business size or ownership.
The Contractor must comply with the Davis Bacon Wage Determination.
The right is reserved by the OWNER to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
No BIDDER may withdraw their BID for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of the bids.

LEGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS/PROPOSALS
The Wyandot County Board of Commissioners, in partnership with the city of Upper Sandusky, will be receiving Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants to perform necessary functions related to its PY2025 Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP). Scope of work includes the development of a grant application, convening the Wyandot County Housing Advisory Committee as required for the grant application, carrying out a fair housing program, performing residential property inspections (including lead-based paint risk assessments & clearances), overseeing pest inspections, and partial implementation as specified below of the CHIP Grant.
Consultants interested in providing these services should submit a SOQ for consideration. The SOQ should include information regarding the consultant’s ability to perform professional planning and application preparation services; grant administration and implementation experience; technical training, education, and the consultant’s personnel experience of individuals to be assigned to CHIP projects within Wyandot County. Also, SOQs should include information relative to experience with Federal/State Compliance, consultant’s CHIP specific experience, qualified personnel availability, quality of work, and history working with Wyandot County.
