In pursuance of an Order of Sale dated March 7, 2025 in the above-entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction on the 8 day of April, at 10 AM, the following described real estate subject to foreclosure on the “Official Public Sheriff’s Sale Website” which is operated by Realauction based on a contract with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services. The process and procedures under which these sales will be completed are detailed at the Realauction website https://hardin.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov. All prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with this new process.
In general the following key points are noted:
1. All person(s) who want to bid on a property offered by the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office must register with Realauction. Registration will include completion of the Purchaser Information Form.
2. Properties will be open for bid, at least seven days immediately prior to the date of sale. This is generally known as a proxy bid.
3. On the scheduled Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (EST), the online auction will begin. Auction will be conducted for each individual property; however only one property will be sold at a time. After a property is sold the next scheduled property sale will begin.
4. To be a qualified participant, bidders must submit a deposit based on the total deposit requirement ($2,000/ $5,000/ $10,000 set by law) for all properties on which the bidder wishes to bid by the predefined deadlines. The only acceptable deposit types are bank wire transfer or ACH, no cash deposits will be accepted. All Wire Deposits must be received by 5 p.m. EST two (2) business days before the auction sale date. All ACH Deposits must be initiated by 4 p.m. EST five (5) business days before the auction sale date. It is the responsibility of the bidder to plan ahead and allow enough time for their bidding deposits to be received and processed within the timeframes described above.
5. Plaintiff/Judgment Creditors - A Judgment Creditor is defined as the creditors (plaintiff or defendants) who are awarded judgment in the foreclosure case. Judgment Creditors are required to register for a Username and Password and fill in all appropriate fields. Per Ohio Revised Code 2329.211, in every action of Judicial Sale or Execution of residential property, if the Judgment Creditor is the purchaser, they shall not be required to make a deposit on the sale. However, Judgment Creditors are required to submit the bidding style choice (pre-sale manage bid or live bid) AND a copy of the court order stating they are the Judgment Creditor on the case they are bidding to Realauction Customer Service (customerservice@realauction.com) at least one (1) business day prior to the sale date. Submission can be done via email or fax. Submission must include the bidder number and user account contact first and last name in the submission. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Realauction will conduct webinar training classes. Training classes will be held via the Internet on a regular schedule. These webinar classes generally last 90 minutes and specifically cover the use of the software. Attendance is by registration only.

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received on or before the 17th day of April, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Office of the Hardin County Commissioners, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, for the furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to replace a superstructure for Bridge HAR-CR 190-5.44 which is located in Buck and Taylor Creek Townships, Hardin County Ohio.
Contract documents, bid sheets and specifications can be obtained from Luke Underwood at the Hardin County Engineer’s Office, 1040 W. Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326 where they are available for prospective bidders at no charge. Bids are to be sealed, marked “BID-HAR-CR 190-5.44 Bridge Replacement” and addressed to the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Hardin County, Ohio and delivered to the County Commissioners Office at 1 Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326.
No contract shall be entered into unless the bidder possesses a valid Certificate of Compliance with Affirmative Action Programs, issued by the State EEO Coordinator, Certification Section, 77 South High Street, 24th Floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215, Dated no later than 180 days prior to the fixed bid opening date.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and complexity and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. All Bidders shall be ODOT Pre-qualified for the required Work Type.
Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hardin County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration.
Ohio Revised Code Section 9.31 allows certain conditions where a bid may be withdrawn. Notice of a claim of right to withdraw such bid must be made in writing filed with the contracting authority within two business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure.
The Board of Hardin County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the lowest and best bid pursuant to Section 9.31 of the Revised Code.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL
2025 Village of Ada Street Paving Project
Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Ada, at the Village of Ada Council Chambers, 115 W. Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio 45810 until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read. In general, the project consists of pavement asphalt overlay and milling of various streets and alleys in the Village. Project includes asphalt and asphalt preparation for approximately 13 each 16’x8’x4” deep drive and alley approaches.
Bid Documents and Specifications can be obtained by bidders in the Water Office, 115 W. Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio 45810 and on the Village website at www.adaoh.org.
The bid quantities are estimates only and the bid specifications stipulate the Village of Ada reserves the right to order or perform amounts according to the needs.
The Village of Ada reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any irregularities in any bid to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the Village of Ada.

Sealed bids marked “Material Bids” shall be accompanied by a certified check from any solvent bank or bid bond in the amount of one hundred ($100.00) dollars. Check to be made payable to the Board of Hardin County Commissioners.
