Main Street Traffic Signal Battery Backup Project REBID
Bids for the Main Street Traffic Signal Battery Backup Project REBID will be received by the Hardin County Board of Commissioners at the Hardin County Board of Commissioners Office, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, until Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The addition of uninterruptible power supply at four signalized intersections along Main Street in the Village of Ada.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and equal opportunity provisions.
This project is funded through PY’23 CDBG Funds.

LEGAL NOTICE
Ohio Northern University is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Management Companies for the preconstruction and construction (CM at Risk) of a new Health and Wellness Center on the campus in Ada, Ohio. Funding for the projects will be through the USDA Rural Development program and will comply with the Build America, Buy America Act’s (BABBA) domestic preference requirements for all construction materials and manufactured products.
The Request for Proposal packet may be obtained beginning March 7, 2025 between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday, at Ohio Northern University’s Business Services Building, 211 Union Street, Ada, Ohio 45810. The proposal will also be available online at https://www.onu.edu/business_services_and_purchasing/legal_notice.
A pre-bid meeting will be March 17, 2025 at 10 am at Ohio Northern University’s McIntosh Center in the Dean’s Heritage Room, 402 W College Ave., Ada, Ohio 45810.
RFP responses are to be received in the Purchasing Department, 211 Union Street, Ada, Ohio 45810 no later than April 7, 2025 by 10 am EST.
