Take notice that the above-named persons have been named as defendants in a Quiet Title action, which has been filed under the case caption Gregory Lawarre, et al. v. Joseph R. Rhoades AKA J.R. Rhoades, et al. seeking to quiet title in the name of Gregory Lawarre and Rachel Lawarre the following-described property: Situated in the City of Kenton, County of Hardin, State of Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Thirty-five (35) feet off of Lot Number Nine (9) in B.R. Brunsons Addition to the City of Kenton, Ohio, and described as follows: beginning Sixty-eight (68) feet South of the Northwest Corner of said lot; thence South with the West line thereof Thirty-five (35) feet; thence East to the East line of said lot; thence North Thirty-five (35) feet with the East line thereof; thence West to the place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
