Whereas, such judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of such judgment;
Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, Keith A. Everhart, Sheriff of Hardin County, Ohio, will either dispose of such property according to law or sell such real property at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder of an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment, including all court costs, accrued taxes, assessments, penalties and interest payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate and prior to the transfer of the deed of the property to the purchaser following confirmation of sale, on the 4 day of Mach, 2025 at the hour of 10:00 am at the East door of the Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton, Ohio. If said parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions of the first sale and at the same time of day and at the same place, on the 18th day of March, 2025, for an amount that equals at least the total amount of the judgment, including all court costs, accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest payable subsequent to the delivery to the prosecuting attorney of the delinquent land tax certificate and prior to the transfer of the deed of the property to the purchaser following confirmation of sale.

LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code §519.12(D) the Hale Township Zoning Commission, Hardin County, Ohio, gives notice that a public hearing will be held on March 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hale Township Hall located at 206 South West Street, Mount Victory, Ohio 43340. The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending the Hale Township Zoning Plan to add regulations regarding renewable energy systems initiated by the Hale Township Board of Trustees by resolution on February 3, 2025. The proposed text amendments will be available starting February 6, 2025 for public examination, in the window of the Hale Township Hall, which is located at 206 South West Street, Mount Victory, Ohio 43340.
