LEGAL NOTICE
INVITATION TO BID
Sealed proposals for the REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGES WYA-067-02.90 & WYA-078-03.27, Wyandot County, Ohio, will be received by the Wyandot County Commissioners, Upper Sandusky, Ohio at 109 S. Sandusky Ave., at 10:00 A.M., Local Time, February 27, 2025, and then and there publicly opened and read. The work under this improvement consists of labor and material necessary to complete the project as detailed by the project plans and specifications on file in the office of the Wyandot County Engineer, 320 N. Warpole Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
Complete specifications, including plans, contract forms, proposal forms and full information for bidders may be obtained by contacting the office of the Wyandot County Engineer at (419) 294-2330.
The following forms must be completed and submitted as the bid package: BF 1-1A Proposal Bond, BF 2 Experience Statement, BF 3 Time of Completion, BF 4 Personal Property Tax Affidavit and BF 5-5A Proposal Forms.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either: 1) a bond for the full amount of the bid with an approved surety company as surety, or 2) a certified check or cashier’s check, equal to 10% of the bid as surety for the execution of the contract, Please mark all envelopes: REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGES WYA-067-02.90 & WYA-078-03.27.
The County reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
