Boe Wills, potential heir of the Estate of Sarah C. Hough, whose address or whereabouts is unknown, will take notice that on January 8, 2025 a complaint was filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Wyandot County, Ohio, at Upper Sandusky, Ohio as case # 20241039A, wherein Bernard Wills, Administrator, is Plaintiff and Board of County Commissioners Wyandot County Ohio, etal, are Defendants, to sell the real estate of the decedent to pay debts. Said real estate is described as follows:
Situated in the County of Wyandot, State of Ohio, in the Village of Harpster and bounded and described as follows:
Being Lot No. 156 in Wood and Harpsters Addition to the Village of Harpster, formerly Fowler City, Wyandot County, Ohio.
SAVE AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE:
Being a parcel of land situated in part of Lot #156 of Wood and Harpster's Addition to the Village of Harpster, Pitt Township, Wyandot County, Ohio, and further described as follows:
Commencing at a set iron rod marking the northwest corner of said Lot # 156 and being the Point of Beginning;
thence N 90º 00 00 E along the north line of said lot, a distance of 136.44 feet to a set iron rod marking the northeast corner of said Lot #156;
thence S 00º 00 00 W along the east line of said Lot #156, a distance of 100.00 feet to a set iron rod;
thence S 90º 00 00 W, a distance of 136.44 feet to a set iron rod located on the west line of said Lot #156;
thence N 00º 00 00 E along the west line of said Lot #156, a distance of 100.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing in all 0.313 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
Bearings are assumed for angular measurement only. All set iron rods are 1/2 diameter with plastic caps imprinted VBK #7457. This legal description is based upon a survey performed by Victor B. Koehler, P.S. #7457, in November 1996.

You are required to answer said Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for six consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on February 20, 2025.
In case of failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint.

You are hereby notified that on the 7th day of August, 2024, and on the 19th day of August, 2024, Shandi Nicole Wample filed in this Court a Petition for Adoption and Amended Petition for Adoption of E.J.M., a minor, whose date of birth is October 4, 2022, and for change of name of the minor to E.J.W. This Court, located at courthouse, 109 S. Sandusky Ave., Third Floor, Upper Sandusky, Ohio will hear the petition on the 1st day of April, 2025, at 2:00 oclock P.M.
It is alleged in the petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107.07, that the consent of Eric John Mercado, Sr. is not required due to the following:
That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide more than de minimis contact with the minor for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
That person is a parent who has failed without justifiable cause to provide the maintenance and support of the minor as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one year immediately preceding the filing of the adoption petition or the placement of the minor in the home of the petitioner.
A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION, IF GRANTED, WILL RELIEVE YOU OF ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO CONTACT THE MINOR, AND, EXCEPT WITH RESPECT TO A SPOUSE OF THE ADOPTION PETITIONER AND RELATIVES OF THAT SPOUSE TERMINATE ALL LEGAL RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE MINOR AND YOU AND THE MINORS OTHER RELATIVES, SO THAT THE MINOR THEREAFTER IS A STRANGER TO YOU AND THE MINORS FORMER RELATIVE FOR ALL PURPOSES. IF YOU WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTION YOU MUST FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE PETITION WITHIN FOURTEEN DAYS AFTER PROOF OF SERVICE OF NOTICE OF THE FILING OF THE PETITION AND OF THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING IS GIVEN TO YOU. IF YOU WISH TO CONTEST THE ADOPTION, YOU MUST ALSO APPEAR AT THE HEARING. A FINAL DECREE OF ADOPTION MAY BE ENTERED IF YOU FAIL TO FILE AN OBJECTION TO THE ADOPTION PETITION OR APPEAR AT THE HEARING
