LONDON — The Ben Logan volleyball team improved its record to 12-4 with a 25-16, 25-19, 25-19 sweep over London on Tuesday night. Molly Vance led the Raiders with 12 kills and added 2 aces and 2 blocks. Sarah VanDyke put away 10 kills, added 1 ace, and came up with 3 key digs.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Logan Frey had a pair of goals to lead the way as Riverdale blasted Fort Jennings 6-0 in a boys soccer matchup on Thursday. Coby Miller and Jackson Clark both added a goal and an assist for the Falcons, while Ryder Egbert and Drew Frey also had tallies.

ADA — Bluffton topped Ada 4-1 in a North Central Ohio Soccer Association match on Tuesday. Chris Reyes scored the Bulldogs lone goal off an assist from Brendan Sheridan.

ADA — Kenton proved to be little trouble for Ada as the host Bulldogs swept the Wildcats 25-17, 25-22, 25-17 in a volleyball matchup of the Hardin County rivals.

First place Shawnee defeated Kenton 3-0 in a Western Buckeye League girls soccer matchup on a rainy Monday night. Shawnee improved to 11-0 overall and 5-0 in WBL play, while Kenton drops to 8-3-1 and 3-2-1.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Payton Rodriguez netted a pair of goals as Riverdale shut out Upper Sandusky 5-0 in a North Central Ohio Soccer Association girls matchup on Monday. The Falcons, who scored four times in the second half, also received goals from Katelyn Hildebrand, Paige Rothlisberger and Alex Rothlisberger.

NORTH BALTIMORE — The host North Baltimore Tigers held off Riverdale in five sets 19-25, 25-23, 25-17, 22-25, 15-9 in a Blanchard Valley Conference volleyball matchup on Monday night. Tayler Ashburn had a big night for the Falcons with 19 kills, 4 aces and 4 digs.

BELLEFONTAINE — Ben Logan swept Bellefontaine 25-10, 25-18, 25-14 in a Central Buckeye Conference cross-divisional volleyball matchup on Monday. The Raiders improve to 11-4 on the season.

LONDON — The Ben Logan boys soccer game against London had to be switched from the Raiders home field on Monday night because of poor field conditions. That did not put a damper on the Raider’s evening however as Ben Logan received two goals and two assists from George Kern in a 4-1 win over the host Red Raiders.
