CALEDONIA — River Valley broke open a tie game by outscoring Kenton by seven points in the fourth quarter on the way to a 56-49 victory over the visiting Wildcats in a nonleague girls basketball game on Tuesday night.

Kenton’s Castle wins WBL championship

OTTAWA — No one in the Western Buckeye League at 182 pounds is as good a wrestler as Kenton senior Dylan Castle. At least that’s what can be taken from the results Saturday where Castle won the title at 182 pounds during the WBL tournament to become Kenton’s only individual champion.
