ADA — Freshman Maggie Fuller scored three goals to lead the Ohio Northern women's lacrosse team in a 22-5 loss to Mount Union in ONU's inaugural Ohio Athletic Conference game on a snowy Saturday afternoon at Dial-Roberson Stadium.

RIDGEWAY — For Kara Morrison, not being involved in softball was simply not an option. Morrison, who is in her first season as head softball coach for the Ridgemont High School team, has been playing softball since the age of 10, from travel ball, to the Bellefontaine High School team, and then at Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

The Hardin County Republican Party held its Central and Executive Committee reorganizational meeting on April 6. The meeting was called to order by Central Committee Chairman Thomas Wilcox, Pledge of Allegiance by Bob Hubbell.

The Boots and Buckles 4-H group met on Monday, April 4 at 6:30 p.m. at advisor Jolene Buchenroth’s house. The meeting was called to order.

Robert Sprague shared information during presentations at the Legislative Breakfast sponsored by the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance at the Plaza Inn Restaurant in Mount Victory.
