Alger/USV at odds with other libraries on funding formula In 2002, the library boards throughout Hardin County adopted a formula for dividing the state funding the county receives. Six of the libraries (which includes Belle Center) are happy with the way that formula is working. One library board feels the formula has been flawed from its conception and wants it changed.
