Mark Lowe, 11067 Ohio 67 W., reported that after his last tenants at 224 S. Leighton St. moved out, an unknown person or persons forced entry into the basement through the north-facing window and cut and removed a large quantity of copper wire from the basement.

Brian E. Shuster, 1037 S. Main St. Apt. D6, was issued a summons for criminal damaging.

Christina R. Amweg, 13349 TR 209, was parked eastbound in the 100 block of E. Franklin Street alongside the roadway.

Larry S. Dye, 219 S. Market St., was arrested on a warrant through the Hardin County Municipal Court.

Several video games were reported stolen from 411 King St. The games were later located at a local business where the suspects had sold them. The incident is under investigation.
