An update was received on the conditions of three individuals involved in an accident on Ohio 117 just northwest of Roundhead on Friday afternoon.

Trenton Reed, 212 S. Cherry St., was arrested on a bench warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Dawn Lesley Gaukin, 214 E. Franklin St., was arrested on a warrant through the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office.

Judy L. Donnal, 12656 Deborah Drive, reported that she left her hand bag in the bathroom at McDonald’s. When she went back a short time later, the hand bag had already been turned in at the front counter. Missing from the hand bag was all of her cash and two credit cards.

A verbal neighbor dispute was reported at Morningside Villa Apartments.

A man with a BB gun was reported in the area of Marathon on East Columbus Street.

Upon investigation of a hit-skip accident on Fontaine Street, Mark A. Huddleston, Corbin, Ky., was arrested and issued citations for driving an unsafe vehicle, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

An officer responded to a report of criminal damaging at 431 N. Main St. Two vehicles were damaged with key scratches.

Bobby Joe Harber, 410 W. Franklin St., was arrested in an alley in the 200 block of North Main Street on a Hardin County Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

Jerry L. Keckler Jr. , 454 E. Franklin St., reported his identity was stolen. He stated that near the end of February, he attempted to file his taxes for 2014, but his tax return was rejected several times.
