Gerald Eugene Baughman III, 203 N. Main St. Apt. 2, was arrested on a warrant through the Hardin County Municipal Court and issued a summons for drug possession (marijuana).

A vehicle owned by Jodi Thomas, 128 S. Main St., was parked in the city/county parking lot behind Liberty Bank when it was struck by an unknown vehicle, resulting in minor damage to the left rear quarter panel.

Friday Cody Fletcher, Findlay, was arrested on a bench warrant through Hancock County and was cited for driving under suspension.

Kenton police An officer was requested at the Hardin Memorial Hospital emergency room for a combative patient.

William D. Lawrence, 12539 TR 179, was pulling from a parking space in the 100 block of West Columbus Street. As he pulled out, the rear end of the vehicle swung toward the sidewalk and struck a tree.
