An officer responded to a report of criminal damaging at 431 N. Main St. Two vehicles were damaged with key scratches.

Bobby Joe Harber, 410 W. Franklin St., was arrested in an alley in the 200 block of North Main Street on a Hardin County Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.

Jerry L. Keckler Jr. , 454 E. Franklin St., reported his identity was stolen. He stated that near the end of February, he attempted to file his taxes for 2014, but his tax return was rejected several times.

A dog was reported running loose on Harris Street.

James L. Robinson II, 6799 CR 205, Forest, was arrested for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, menacing and resisting arrest. He was eventually transported to the multi-county jail.

Matthew J.P. Adams, 1037 S. Main St. Apt. 4 5, was arrested on a warrant and issued citations for an FRA violation and failure to reinstate.

Kenton police A report was received of an unruly juvenile at Kenton Elementary School.

Skyler D. Castle, 1255 W. North St. Lot 61, was arrested on a warrant from the Hardin County Municipal Court and issued a summons for drug possession (marijuana).

Starla West, 715 N. Cherry St., stated she had her taxes done, and the next day, her accountant informed her that someone already filed taxes using her social security number.

Patrick D. Zachariah, 995 Meadow Lane Apt. A6, was arrested on a warrant.
