A call was received from No Limits Day Spa reporting that an unknown female had stolen some merchandise from the store.

Bill Detwiler, 427 W. Franklin St., reported that at some time overnight, his vehicle was entered and several items were taken. Unlawful sexual conduct with a minor was reported in the 300 block of N. Detroit Street.

David Hayslip, Otway, was southbound at the intersection of Detroit and Carrol streets, stopped in the left turn lane. Hayslip attempted to back up to allow room for another semi to complete a right turn onto North Detroit Street.

Officers were dispatched to Walmart for a report of a theft. The female suspect had reportedly ran across the parking lot to the south and then discarded the bag of stolen merchandise in a field.

Joshua Matino, 437 N. Wayne St., reported that his juvenile son was being threatened by an older juvenile. He also reported that the threatening juvenile had emptied his trash bags into his yard.

A disturbance was reported at 723 W. Lima St., Lot 42. A non-injury accident was reported at the corner of N. High and Summit streets.

There was a complaint of people trapping cats at Morningside Villa. A neighbor dispute was reported at Scioto Village Apartments.

According to officers’ reports: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of W. Columbus St.

William A. Miller, 1255 W. North St., No. 27, reported that an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and stole his debit card.

A loud party was reported in the 200 block of N. Leighton Street. There was a report of a horse on the road on Ohio 31.
