The following items were reported from Forest Chief of Police Donnie Southward for July. Officers assisted a resident locked out of her home in the 300 block of N. Mary St.

Michael J. Heilman, 15571 Ohio 31, was stopped eastbound at the traffic signal on West Columbus Street at North Main Street. Elizabeth R. Perkins, 811 Park Ave., was also eastbound on West Columbus Street and attempted to travel into the left turn lane, striking Heilman’s vehicle with the passenger-side rear view mirror.

Two Russells Point residents were arrested north of Mount Victory Tuesday and charged with drug-related charges.

A report was received of a theft from the Fillin’ Station. Austin M. Hord, 16796 Ohio 67, was traveling north in the 700 block of North Wayne Street at a high rate of speed.

Brandon W. Feltner, 723 W. Lima St. Lot 58, was traveling east on Columbus Street near the intersection of Main Street.

A report was received of a suspicious person in the 300 block of N. High Street.

A vehicle owned by Brandon Hamm, 502 S. Leighton St., was parked in front of his garage when an unknown person or persons threw an object at his windshield, breaking the glass. Kaileigh B. Bible, 402 E. Carrol St., was traveling northbound on N. Detroit Street at the intersection of W. North Street when she was struck by Corey M. Menard, 301 Center St. Menard was eastbound on W, North Street, stopped at the intersection of N, Detroit Street.

Terry P. Holbrook, 150 S. Walnut St., Dunkirk, was cited for driving under a suspended license. A dog was reported to be running loose in the 300 block of South High Street and the 300 block of Stevens Street.

A domestic dispute was reported in the parking lot of the Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library.

A call was received from No Limits Day Spa reporting that an unknown female had stolen some merchandise from the store.
