Tiffany D. Black, 357 N. Detroit St., was southbound on N. Main Street traveling through the intersection of E. Carrol Street. Jerica D. McKenzie, 17334 TR 95, was stopped at the stop sign in the intersection facing west.

Jennifer Treen, 224 N. Detroit St., reported that her van was parked at the rear of her residence when someone entered the vehicle and went through her purse.

Friday Breaking and entering was reported at 775 W. Franklin St.

Domestic disputes were reported in the 100 block of Clover Lane and the 400 block of East Franklin Street. Donovin W. Kennedy, 12468 CR 106, was issued a citation for expired plates.

An officer was dispatched to Liberty Bank, 100 E. Franklin St., for a report of electronic check fraud. Shane Ellis, unknown address, was arrested on a pick-up order.

Kenton Elementary School Principal Angela Butterman reported that while other parents were in the usual line to pick up children at the end of the school day, Louisa Elaine Stuckey, 16244 U.S. 68 Lot 3, drove through the parking lot and stopped at the front of the school, blocking the driveway.

A report was received of damage to a vehicle at Kenton Middle School. Todd A. Jones, 820 Summit St., reported that after school let out, a student had struck his vehicle with a bicycle.

A vehicle owned by Brittany D. Crowe, 333 N. Detroit St., was legally parked facing south on the west side of North Detroit Street in the 300 block. An unknown driver of a vehicle traveling south and struck the left rear portion of Crowe’s vehicle.

A hit-skip accident was reported in the area of Broadway and Franklin streets. An accident was reported in the 300 block of West Espy Street.

Jayme M. Radcliffe, 439 W. Columbus St., reported that a known suspect, Devin M. Rowe, 20103 CR 190, Mount Victory, kicked the side of her vehicle as she was driving in the parking lot at Forest Court Apartments, denting the driver’s side front and rear doors.
