An on-station report was received of harassment via cell phone and Facebook by a known suspect. The officer issued charges of telecommunications harassment to Tammi R. Fox, 1255 W. North St., and has yet to locate Fox to present her with the citation.

A report was received of a theft of a purse and medication from a vehicle at 414 Chesney St. The theft of a wallet and cash from a vehicle was reported at 350 Barron St.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a man down inside a residence in the 100 block of N. Market Street. Upon arrival, personnel from BKP and the Kenton Fire Department were treating the suspect.

An alleged sexual offense was reported to the department by Hardin County Children’s Services. Mariah L. Gallagher, Circleville, reported that sometime overnight, someone got into her vehicle and removed her wallet from the glove box. The wallet contained a bank card and several items of identification.

A theft was reported at 501 S. Wayne St. An accident was reported at Main and Espy streets.

Saturday A report was received of an attempted theft at Walmart.

A report was received of a vehicle hitting a gas pump at Marathon on East Columbus Street.

John L. Schimmoeller, Rawson, was traveling south on North Cherry Street toward the intersection of East Columbus Street. As Schimmoeller was coming to a stop at a stop sign, Diane R. Neuhauser, 16427 Lindsey Drive, who was traveling westbound on E. Columbus Street, attempted to make a right-hand turn onto N. Cherry Street.

A theft of utilities by a named suspect was reported at 745 W. Franklin St. An unwanted person was reported at 431 E. Carrol St.

Tracy Wilson, 809 King St., reported that two nights ago, her daughter’s vehicle was parked in front of the house on King Street unlocked when an unknown person or persons entered the vehicle and stole some loose change and a necklace.
