The burglary of a garage was reported at 211 Park Ave. An officer was dispatched to 992 W. Carey St. to assist the dog warden with an investigation of a dog bite by a pit bull.

A report of stalking was received at North and Main streets.

A report was received of an unruly juvenile who exited the residence of 502 W. Columbus St. without permission. The reporting person advised that they had received several calls from another individual who stated that the missing juvenile, who is on probation, was at a residence near the library.

Cars were reported broken into in the 700 and 800 blocks of Park Avenue, and on East Franklin Street. A report was received that an irate customer at Liberty National Bank broke their door.

A report was received of two vehicles being broken into overnight at 135 Glendale St. Angelina Rogel-Guadarraha, 847 W. Franklin St., reported a theft from her vehicle.

Jennifer Miller, 318 Scioto St., reported that sometime overnight, someone entered her unlocked vehicle and removed some loose change and her pink cell phone wallet containing personal information.

Hannah M. Heilman, 16637 Ohio 309, was traveling east in the 900 block of E. Columbus Street, following Kiley N. Sharp, 12659 Deborah Drive, while Sharp was following Grant I. Benard, 355 Market St. Heilman struck Sharp in the rear, causing Sharp to strike Benard in the rear. Heilman was cited for following to close.

An officer was dispatched to Walmart for a report of a violation of a trespass order by a named suspect.

Stephanie S. Zent, 212 Superior St., was traveling east in the 400 block of Espy Street. Dale A. Allen, 10763 TR 210, was also traveling east, ahead of Zent. Allen attempted to pass the vehicle ahead of him.

A report was received of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 85-H.
