Kenton police A theft was reported at 1 Gruber St.

Officers responded to a domestic incident at 813 King St.

James R. Wells, 723 W. Lima St., Lot 70, was traveling south on S. Detroit Street when Daniel Miller, 12913 CR 195, who was operating a horse and buggy and traveling east on Walnut Street, pulled out into the intersection of Walnut and Detroit streets without yielding to Wells, causing an accident.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a possible overdose in the Henry’s Restaurant parking lot. Upon arrival, an officer had to force entry into the vehicle as the suspect was not conscious.

An officer was dispatched to 620 N. Cherry St. for a report of a dispute. Upon investigation, Jenna L. Morrison, same address, was arrested for theft.

Loretta M. Rudasill, 1037 S. Main St. Apt. C-15, reported damage to the left front and rear windows of her vehicle. A report was received of an altercation at 409 Waterworks Road. Upon investigation, all parties involved decided not to press charges.

A report was received of a theft at Walmart. Upon investigation, Tia L. Risner, 207 E. Belmont St., Lot 6, Alger, was arrested for theft and criminal trespassing.

Donta L. McNeal, 126 1/2 N. Market St., was stationary at the red light on Espy Street facing southwest. Joseph A. Chelette, 701 N. Main St., was traveling southwest on Espy Street and failed to stop at the red light, striking McNeal in the rear. Chelette was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Kenton police Morgan Renee Bodine, 398 E. Forest Road, Apt. 32C, reported criminal damaging at her apartment.

Misty Rose Imboden, 304 1/2 W. Franklin St., reported being attacked by a very large, brown dog while walking near the intersection of Franklin and Barron streets.
