An officer responded to a report of theft of service at 1255 W. North St. Lot 11. Upon investigation, Renee L. Scroggs, same address, was issued a summons for theft.

Zachary C. Ewing, 420 Gilmore St., was issued a citation for a defective exhaust.

Chelsey M. Risner, 398 E. Forest Road Apt. 40-D, reported that she became involved in an argument with a named suspect at her residence after he took her cell phone from her. While attempting to get it back, she was knocked to the floor and bit by the suspect.

An officer responded to a report of a theft at Walmart. Shoplifting was reported at Family Dollar.

Karen L. Nickles, 903 Steiner Ave., reported an unknown suspect entered her residence and removed a TV.
