Services for James P. “Jim” Smith will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at the Kenton First United Methodist Church by Pastor Randy Manns. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery in Kenton where full military rites will be conducted by the Kenton Amvets Post 1994.
