Services for Marie O. (Nichols) Wright will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home in Alger by the Rev. Karen Rarey. Burial will be in Preston Cemetery, Alger. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. today and until the time of services Tuesday.
A memorial service for Michelle “Shelly” Brown will be at 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
There will be no service for Edward Allen Wertz. It was his wish to be cremated. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is handling the arrangements.
Services for Donald C. Biederman will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky by the Rev. Thomas Smith. Burial will be in the Old Mission Cemetery in Upper Sandusky, with military graveside rites conducted by the Marion Veterans Council Honor Guard.
Services for Lowell Edwin “Jack” Madison were Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Eagles Lodge in Kenton by Tom Flowers, an elder of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. A dinner followed. He died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 in Watseka, Ill.
Services for Nellie W. Vertner will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Waynesfield United Methodist Church by Pastor Kathleen Hayes. Burial will follow in the Willow Branch Cemetery, Waynesfield.
There will be no services for Gary Lee Van Buskirk, per his request. He died Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at his residence.
A celebration of life service for Karen A. Kurtz will be held at a later date. She died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at her home surrounded by family and friends. She was born Sept. 25, 1955 at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Va., to the late Fred N. Davis and Sandra L. Young.
