Tracy L. Morrison, 620 N. Cherry St., reported a burglary at her residence. Branden Farley, 446 E. Columbus St., was westbound on E. Columbus Street, approaching the intersection of Oriental Street.

Frances Laura Bossert Gilbert, 94, died peacefully Tuesday, Dec 1, 2015 at home in Delaware, Ohio. Born June 14, 1921 in Brookville, Indiana to the late Michael Bossert, Superintendent of Schools, Franklin County Indiana and Laura (Wolber) Bossert, schoolteacher.
