A graveside service for Mary Eleanor Aurand will be in Grove Cemetery in Kenton on Thursday at 1 p.m. with a reception following for friends and family. A Mass of Christian Burial took place Friday at St. Pius the Tenth Catholic Church in Greensboro, N.C., where arrangements were handled by Hanes-Lineberry Funeral Home.

Frances Laura Bossert Gilbert, 94, died peacefully Tuesday, Dec 1, 2015 at home in Delaware, Ohio. Born June 14, 1921 in Brookville, Indiana to the late Michael Bossert, Superintendent of Schools, Franklin County Indiana and Laura (Wolber) Bossert, schoolteacher.

Services for Lowell Edwin “Jack” Madison will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Eagles Lodge in Kenton by Tom Flowers, an elder of the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. A dinner will follow. He died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 in Watseka, Ill.

A service for Jean M. Wood will be held at the convenience of family. She died on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015 at Soldiers and Sailors Hospital, Penn Yan, N.Y.

Services for James B. “Jim” Gossard will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Schindewolf-Stout-Crates Funeral Home in Kenton by Father David Young. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Kenton with full military graveside rites conducted by the Kenton AMVETS Post 1994 Honor Guard.
