Hardin County FSA Director Douglas D. Dyer would like to remind producers of upcoming important deadlines for the new safety-net programs established by the 2014 Farm Bill, known as Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC).

An unoccupied vehicle owned by Victoria L. Loubert, 716 N. Detroit St., was parked in front of the residence, while Robert A. Wroten, Arlington, was traveling northbound on North Detroit Street. Loubert’s vehicle began to accelerate with no driver and went out onto North Detroit Street, striking Wroten’s vehicle.
