Practices of Amish merchant violate license

The Kenton-Hardin Health Board has been concerned with the cheese and meats sold by Amish merchants for the past eight years. During that time, the board has reached compromises with Mary Slabaugh, owner of Mary’s Amish Market, only to find the merchant has reverted to methods of operation which are unacceptable to the health inspectors.
